How your discount works

Every approved trade account gets a base discount across our full range. As your lifetime spend grows, you move up through three tiers – Trade, Trade Plus, and Trade Pro – unlocking greater savings on our own-brand tiles. Many discounts also increase for larger individual orders. Exact thresholds are confirmed when your account is approved (and again at each upgrade), and your current rates are always visible in your My Trade Account page.

If you refer your clients to European Heritage, you have the flexibility to choose whether to pass on none, a portion, or the full trade discount to them. During registration, you can select the desired amount. If you pass on less than 100% of your trade discount, you'll receive the difference as a credit.
